To cut in front of a line, to get your way with something.

2. To cut in front of a long line of people that have been waiting for hours, and get in before all of them.
When waiting in line at the Indy 500 to get in, we JUDICKED our way and were 25th in the track, those people were waiting for hours.

When trying to get out of traffic after the concert, we JUDICKED our way out and were home within the hour, the people we went with weren't home for three more hours.
